Pakistan PM Imran Khan has announced several adjustments for Indian pilgrims going to Darbar Sahib Gurudwara at Kartarpur in Pakistan's Punjab. Imran Khan, on his Twitter handle, stated that he has dropped 2 requirements for Sikhs coming for the pilgrimage to Kartarpur from India. First, they won't need a passport, just a valid ID will work. And another, that pilgrims no longer will have to register 10 days in advance. Gautam Gambhir helps six-years-old Pakistani girl get medical visa

In New Delhi, a six-year-old girl from Pakistan has been granted a visa for a continuation of her medical treatment in India following the involvement of BJP MP Gautam Gambhir. As per media reports, the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, in a letter to Gambhir, communicated the govt's decision to grant medical visas to Omaima Ali and her parents on the lawmaker's request. Gambhir, in an interview, stated that he had a problem with the govt, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and terror outfits in Pakistan but had no grudge with the citizens of the neighboring country. Indian-Mongolian Army joint military exercise concludes

In Jammu and Kashmir's Jammu region, the 14th edition of joint military training exercise between the Indian Army and Mongolian Army code-named 'EX NOMADIC ELEPHANT 2019' has been concluded at Foreign Training Node (FTN), Bakloh. The exercise was commenced on October 5. As per media reports, the Mongolian Army was represented by officers and troops of the elite 084 AirBorne Special Task Battalion and the Indian Army was represented by a contingent of a battalion of Rajputana Rifles. As per media reports, the contingents honed their tactical and technical skills in a wide spectrum of counter-insurgency operations including joint training on weapons and equipment, cross-training exercises and field training exercises. Pakistan to inaugurate Kartarpur corridor on November 9

Pakistan's Foreign Minister Mehmood Qureshi, in an interview, stated that Pakistan will formally inaugurate the Kartarpur corridor on November 9. Qureshi further said that former PM Manmohan Singh will visit Pakistan as a 'yatri' and not as chief guest for the same. Earlier this month, the Pakistan govt had extended an invitation to Manmohan Singh for the inauguration of the corridor. However, Congress sources said that the former PM will not accept the invite.
