Abbrogation of Article 370: Naqvi flags off bike rally to Kashmir to spread message of 'Ek Vidhan, Ek Samvidhan'

To celebrate the abrogation of Article 370 and to spread the message of 'Ek Vidhan, Ek Samvidhan' (One Legislative, One Constitution), Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi flagged off a bike rally to Kashmir. Naqvi stated, "The bike rally is to send the message of 'Ek Vidhan, Ek Samvidhan' in all rural and urban areas. After the Abrogation of Article 370, it is essential to make awareness among masses about its positive outcomes". He added that the Kashmiri youths will get inspired by the rally. "All should come together. We will spread the message of 'Ek Vidhan, Ek Samvidhan'. All bikers will carry Indian flags with them throughout rally", Naqvi included. Penalties under New Motor Vehicles Act will not be implemented in MP: Law Minister PC Sharma

Madhya Pradesh Law Minister PC Sharma, in an interview, stated, "The Central govt should review the latest rules. CM Kamal Nath has said that the notification has not been issued and therefore, from today, 1st September, the traffic rules will not apply here. It will be deliberated upon". Sharma further said he thinks that the new traffic rules made by the Central Govt that fines Rs 5,000 for driving without helmet or fine of Rs 10,000 is not right and also too expensive. Delhi: Ex-Army man arrested for multiple ATM frauds

In Delhi, an ex-Army man has been arrested for allegedly swapping ATM cards of numerous victims and withdrawing money from their bank accounts. The accused has been identified as Rajender Singh Meena, was arrested after a victim registered a complained regarding the same. The police said that after interrogation, they found that the accused was involved in as many as 16 different such cases. The police added that the accused with the help of an instrument (which would decline transaction through an ATM machine) used to swap the victim's cards by acting to help them and later use those cards to withdraw the money. Lalu Prasad’s condition unstable as his kidneys are not functioning properly

The condition of jailed RJD chief Lalu Prasad is not stable as his kidneys are not functioning properly, a senior doctor attending to him said on Saturday. Prasad, 71, is undergoing treatment at the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranchi. He has been in jail since 2017 after his conviction in fodder scam cases. “His kidneys are not functioning properly. His blood sugar and blood pressure are also fluctuating.
