On the Constitution day on 26th November, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee expressed her views on the Constitution and about the formation of the government in Maharashtra. Mamata stated that she had heard of freedom at midnight but not of a "chupke-chupke" government being formed. She further added that everyone should work according to the constitution. Together will form the government: Sonia Gandhi

Congress President Sonia Gandhi ensured that NCP-Congress and Shiv Sena will form the government in Maharashtra and will win the floor test. The three parties claimed to have 162 MLAs. The SC has ordered Governor to ensure all MLAs to sworn-in by tomorrow after the parties prove their majority. My issue with family will be resolved but petition should end: Ajit Pawar

On 25th November, when the Supreme Court was hearing the plea of Shiv Sena-Congress- NCP against Governor’s decision, NCP leader Ajit Pawar cleared some allegations. Ajit informed that he submitted a factual letters with the signature of 54 MLAs and being a legislative party leader, he had the authority to take a decision on their behalf. Sonia Gandhi protest outside Parliament against BJP’s action in Maha election
