The 63-year-old former Kingfisher Airlines boss Vijay Mallya is wanted in India on fraud and money laundering charges amounting to an alleged Rs 9,000 crores. After being trolled over a picture with Chris Gayle, Vijay Mallya said those calling him thief are losers and should ask banks to take their full money that he is offering for the past one year. Growing concern over Pakistan using drug smuggling to fund terror in India

Massive seizures of drugs, primarily heroin shipped from Pakistan have revived serious concerns in the Center that Islamabad is resorting to narcotics smuggling to fund terror in India. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist David Coleman Headley during interrogation revealed the role played by the Pakistani spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence in linking drug lords and terrorists for transportation of weapons to India. Kerala: Man Arrested At Kannur Airport With Hashish Hidden In Pelvic Region and Slippers

A Doha-bound passenger was arrested from Kannur international airport in Kerala on Friday for allegedly carrying hashish, worth Rs. 7 lakh. Ajas Valiyaballath, a resident of Thayetheru, was arrested by Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel. He and the seized drugs have been handed over to Narcotics Control Bureau for further action. Officials found 210 grams of hashish in Ajas Valiyaballath's pelvic area when he was being frisked. Upon intensive screening, they found a total of 690 grams of hashish concealed in the sole of his slippers.
