Sacks of Meth drug worth $ 20 million found in Andaman Sea, mistook as "Alum" by fishermen

Myanmar fishermen found sacks of meth floating in the sea having a street value of USD 20 million was mistook by them as a deodorant substance 'alum' which is widely used in Myanmar . The accidental drug capture in Myanmar’s coastal Ayeyarwady region took place when fishermen spotted a total of 23 sacks floating in the Andaman Sea on Wednesday. In March, Myanmar authorities detained more than 1,700 kilograms of crystal meth worth about USD 29 million, which was the biggest haul of the cops this year. Src:

BJP-Shiv Sena alliance will win around 225 seats: Piyush Goyal

PM Modi urges voters to 'turnout in record number'

PM Narendra Modi, in an ongoing Maharashtra and Haryana Assembly elections and by-poll elections in several states, urged voters in the states and seats to turn out in record numbers and enrich the festival of democracy.
