Onions sold at Rs 180 per kg leaves Madurai locals in tears

Recently the price of onions across the country is soaring drastically. As per the media reports, the good quality onions, which are also known in the market as 'superfine' quality onions, are being sold at INR 180 per kg in Madurai, situated in Tamil Nadu.
