Delhi Deputy CM installs CCTVs to ensure Women Safety

The Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia has installed CCTV cameras in his constituency Patparganj to prevent crime especially against Women. In a statement Sisodia said that the crime rate in Delhi against women is rising so to control it the AAP govt had decided to install 3 lakh CCTV cameras across the city. BJP's dirty tricks department wants to wreck Delhi's education: AAP

Recently, the AAP government took the initiative to empower the poor parents of Delhi, so that poor children can go to school and their parents can get a firsthand account of their wards' progress. An official statement said, "Recently, in the name of School Management Committees (SMCs) to criticise the Delhi Government's recognised initiative, the BJP created a pamphlet and distributed it via various social media platforms." The statement added, "The BJPs repetitive attempt shows that they are against the initiative taken for the people of Delhi, especially the poor people...It's heartbreaking to see that the initiative taken by AAP is being derailed and vandalized by the BJP." The statement further read, "The dirty tricks department of the BJP is out to derail the education reforms in Delhi being carried by the AAP."

Metros are already running in losses: AAP responds to the letter written by Metro Chief over Free ride plan for Women

Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia reacted to a letter written by Delhi Metro Chief E.Shreedharan to Modi stating that free ride plan for women in will lead Metro in bankruptcy and loses. Sisodia said that Metro is running already in the losses as the capacity of the metro is 40 lakh passengers but presently only 25 lakh passengers travel in metro.

After the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, The AAP has appointed its senior leader Sanjay Singh as in-charge of the party's state unit of Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. A party statement said, "In a party's political affairs committee meeting, the decision was taken. The meeting was chaired by AAPs supremo and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal".
