Mobile phones banned in all colleges and universities by UP CM Yogi

A circular banning the use of mobile phones in all colleges and universities have been issued by the Directorate of Higher Education in Uttar Pradesh. The ban is not only applicable to university and college students of the state but also on the teachers byYogi Adityanath government. With the intention to ensure a better teaching environment for the teachers and students the ban has been imposed. It is to be noted that Yogi Adityanath has already banned the use of mobile phones during his official meetings, including Cabinet meetings. South Western Army Commander Lieutenant General Alok Kler, while indicating a departure from the conventional war techniques, stated, "It's time to incorporate assisted decision making in future warfare to be more efficient and more accurate". Kler further said that Artificial Intelligence is the next most disruptive technology in the revolution of Military Affairs as it will make the equipment progressively deadly. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati raised questions over the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's announcement on slashing tax on corporate companies. Mayawati on her Twitter handle stated, "The Central Govt is terming the reduction in corporate tax announced today as historic and claiming that it will end the country's economic slowdown and crisis. May it be so and the serious crisis that has come over people's livelihood should end. But the basic question is, why did we take such a step earlier which has to be taken back now?"
