Karnataka CM Yediyurappa felicitated India’s ‘Usain Bolt’ buffalo runner

Srinivas Gowda from Karnataka recently completed a run of 142.5 metres in 13.62 seconds and was felicitated for the same by Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa. Gowda and his buffaloes set the record in the annual race known as Kambala in Karnataka. FSSAI says it will improve hygiene at fish & meat markets amid of Covid-19 outbreak

Food and Safety Standards Authority of India has stated taking steps to improve the hygiene rating of fish and meat shops in the country amid the deadly Coronavirus outbreak. FSSAI CEO Pawan Agarwal said hygiene in the country’s fish and meat markets is not good and amid the virus, they are being more concerned about the situation. SC on Shaheen Bagh protest, “People have right to protest but can’t block roads”

The Supreme Court recently stated that people have the fundamental right to protest in a democracy but they should not be blocking roads, it even asked the protestors to come to a "reasonable solution" for the same. SC was hearing an appeal filed by advocate Amit Sahni, who had approached the high court seeking directions to the Delhi Police to ensure smooth traffic flow on the Kalindi Kunj-Shaheen Bagh stretch, which remains blocked by anti-CAA protesters since December 15. Sonam calls RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat’s comment on divorce as 'Regressive’

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor recently slammed Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat for his comments on divorce. Bhagwat recently said that the cases of divorce are found more in educated and affluent families and nowadays as education and affluence bring arrogance which results in families falling apart.
