Manohar Lal Khattar flags off bus fitted with IT equipment for students in rural areas

Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar has flagged off a bus loaded with IT equipment on wheels at an event held at the Public Work Rest House in Gurugram. As per an official statement, the bus, which is operated by Bharat Scouts and Guides, is an IT Mobile Lab that will provide basic computer education in rural areas. Delhi Traffic Police issues advisory for Holi

The Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory for the Holi festival, to be held on 10 March, saying that it has made extensive traffic arrangements to ensure the safety of motorists on the roads and to monitor drunken driving accidents, over-speed, reckless driving, zig-zag driving, dangerous driving, red light jumping, triple riding, minor driving/riding without a helmet, stunts on two-wheelers, etc. Special monitoring teams with alcometers will also be mobilized to identify and prosecute traffic violations at major intersections and vulnerable locations. 43-Year-Old UP's biryani seller abused and beaten over his caste near Delhi

43-year-old identified as Lokesh was attacked by a group of men in Greater Noida near Delhi, apparently for his caste. Lokesh used to sell biryani in the area when the incident took place. The video of the incident is also surfacing on social media, in which a man can be heard abusing Lokesh and saying that how can he sell biryani as he is of a lower caste. Jamia students call off lockdown against Citizenship law; university announces vacation

The students of Jamia Millia Islamia have been protesting against Citizenship Act from the last 2 days. Now, the students called their university lockdown. The university administration announced vacation till January 5 and have canceled their examination. Jamila administration claimed that those who were protesting were not the students of the university. Now, the University has formed a panel to conduct a peaceful protest against the Act.
