Rajasthan : A 17 Year old gang raped because she refused friendship offer

In Rajasthan’s Sikar district, a 17-year-old girl has been gang raped by two man after she refused the friendship offer of one of them. As per media reports, the accused have been identified as Asif and Suresh. As per victim’s complaint, Asif wants to become friend with the girl but when she refused his offer, both of them forcefully dragged the her into the car and took her to a nearby hotel where they gang raped her. She also mentioned that the accused used to blackmail her with picture and video.The police have registered an FIR based on the victim’s complaint and are trying to nab the accused. Karisma Kapoor and Sunny Deol charged by Railways for pulling emergency chain in 1997

The Railways court has charged the Bollywood actors Karisma Kapoor and Sunny Deol for pulling the train chain of 2413- Uplink Express over 20 years back. They allegedly pulled the emergency train chain while shooting for the film. Because of this incident, the train got delayed by 25 minutes. The actors challenged the order in a sessions court on Wednesday, AK Jain, counsel of Karishma Kapoor and Sunny Deol said. The Assistant Stationmaster Sitaram Malakar of Narena lodged the complaint at General Railway Police which led the incident surface. The actors were accused under Section 142 (needlessly interfering with the means of communication in a train), Section 145 (drunkenness or nuisance), Section 146 (obstructing a railway servant in his duties) and Section 147 (trespass and refusal to desist from trespass) of the Railways Act. Madhya Pradesh: Police bust blackmailing syndicate, recover Rs 14.17 lakh cash

In Madhya Pradesh's Indore city, the police have apprehended a blackmailing syndicate connected with honey trapping. One of the senior police officers stated that five women and one man have been arrested in this regard. There are possibilities that more people would be involved in this syndicate. We will arrest them soon. Following an FIR lodged at Palasia police station based on the complaint of a municipal corporation officer, the investigation was initiated. The police have also seized 14.17 lakh cash, laptop, and mobile phone form the accused. The officer added that these gadgets are being sent to the Forensic Department for the further examination which will help in processing the actual information which is used for blackmailing.
