Kerala homeless man waves away cops approaching him with food, ensures social distancing

A touching video of three policemen in Kerala offering food to a homeless man, while the latter tries to ensure social distancing in times of coronavirus has surfaced online. The video shows the three policemen entering a bylane where they spot a man lying in front of a shop. As one of them moves forward, the latter stops him, draws a circle with a stone and asks him to leave the food there. No community transmission of coronavirus in India yet: Govt on ICMR report

Reacting to a study by ICMR on SARI patients, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal said there is no community transmission of Coronavirus in India yet. China urges India to not call COVID-19 as China virus

The Foreign Minister Wang Yi from China told counterpart S Jaishankar on a phone call that China hopes that India doesn't refer COVID-19 as 'China virus'. It conveys narrowness of thoughts and is detrimental to International cooperation, Wang added. The infection was first reported in Wuhan, China but it isn't proved that virus was originated from there. 48 patients recover; dip in new cases

As many as 48 coronavirus patients have so far been recovered and discharged from the hospital and the rising case of recoveries is slight relief. Around eight patients were discharged in Maharashtra. With that, there are reports of fewer new cases of coronavirus in India. Till now, India has recorded 562 infected cases and 11 deaths.
