Himachal Pradesh: A woman kills herself after failing to crack constable recruitment test

A woman identified as Sapna, from village Gharot, situated in Himachal Pradesh has taken an extreme step and killed herself. As per Chamba’s Superintendent of Police Monika suggested that the victim had died after consuming poison. Also, she informed that the victim appeared in police constable's written examination and did not qualify for it. Rajasthan on alert as IMD warns of heavy rainfall

Recently the weather department, India meteorological department (IMD) has predicted for heavy to very heavy rainfall in the east Rajasthan in the next 24 hours. Even as the monsoon season is in its last phases, heavy rains were witnessed in several regions of Rajasthan on Saturday. ‘Sorry Subhashri’: Chennai holds vigil for techie killed by illegal hoarding

After a 23-year-old woman identified as Subhashri Ravi lost her life after being crushed by a vehicle. She lost her balance after being hit by a hoarding erected on a divider along the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road in Chennai. For her demise, an NGO organized a candlelight vigil to pay their respect. As per the media sources, the vigil was organized by ‘Pretty Lil Hearts’ and attended by members of the NGO, friends of Subhashri and a few good Samaritans paying tributes to the techie.
