Tamil Nadu: 16,000 runners join Coimbatore marathon to raise awareness against cancer

In Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore city, around 16,000 people took part in the marathon organised by the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation (CCF) for creating awareness about breast and lung cancer. CCF Managing Trustee Dr. T Balaji, stated, "This is our 7th edition of the marathon. Today's was our biggest marathon so far. We had 23,026 people running the half marathon. We had 16,000 runners out of which 3,000 runners were women". Balaji further said that it's an amazing journey growing in size. Uttarakhand: The BJP party expelled 40 members for anti-party activities

Recently media reports informed that the BJP party has expelled as many as 40 office bearers in Uttarakhand unit from their organisational posts. The reason behind this is said to be indulging in anti-party activities. Uttarakhand BJP President known as Ajay Bhatt took the action based on the reports by organisational committees constituted at district levels. Bengaluru: Driver flees with Rs 99 lakh in ATM cash van

Recently the media reports have informed that the Bengaluru police are on the lookout mission for a driver identified as Pawan (23) of a cash van who drove away with as many as Rs 99 lakh. The driver was deputed to take the vehicle with three staff members to fill cash in ATMs in the east division, informed the media reports.
