BJP leaders call actors to discuss ‘Myth and realities’ of CAA in Mumbai

According to a report, Union Minister Piyush Goyal and BJP Vice President Jay Panda had invited several Bollywood actors and actresses to discuss ‘Myth and realities’ of the Citizenship Amendment Act. The name of the actors who will attend the meeting is still not disclosed. Several actors from the film industry like Akshay Kumar and Kangana Ranaut supported Citizenship law, whereas several people from Bollywood including Anurag Kashyap, Parineeti Chopra have opposed it. Man sets coach of train on fire, says 'My ID card wasn't being issued'

In Uttarakhand's Haridwar city, a man has been arrested for setting a coach of Rishikesh-Delhi Passenger train on fire and tore seat covers after his ID card was not being issued. The accused claimed because his ID card was not issued he took this step. Air India's Sikh pilot asked to remove turban at Spain Airport

Air India pilot Captain Simranjeet Singh Gujral was asked to remove his turban at Spain’s Madrid airport. He said that he went through the metal detector process but still officials asked him to remove his turban. Shiromani Akali Dal party reacted to the incident and wrote a letter to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on how disrespectful it was for Sikh religion and urged to address the issue at the global level.
