Arvind Kejriwal announces of Odd-even rule back in Delhi between November 4-15 to tackle pollution

Aiming to eradicate pollution levels in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced the comeback of odd-even vehicle scheme which will be implemented from November 4 to 15. Kejriwal mentioned in his announcement that Delhi government is in the process of procuring N-95 quality masks to be distributed among citizens in upcoming days, because "In Diwali, firecrackers cause massive pollution and the smoke gets trapped, as a result of which it becomes difficult to breathe in Delhi," says Kejriwal. Further, he added "There has been an improvement in Delhi's traffic ever since the new Motor Vehicle Act has been implemented. 16-yr-old creates record to be the youngest one to clear 14 levels of the Sanskrit Shastra exam

Priyavrata Patil, a 16-year-old from Goa created a record by becoming the youngest to clear 14 levels of the Sanskrit Shastra exam ‘Tenali Pariksha’. He has completed his studies till 8th std in a private school. “I never saw any difference between modern and ancient education system.. both are education only”, said Priyavrata. "I want to be like my father by teaching others whatever I’ve learned and taken the legacy forward. I want to serve the language and the ‘Shastra’,” added Priyavrata Patil who recently received special applaud from Prime Minister Narendra Modi for becoming the youngest to clear the Tenali Mahapariksha at the age of 16. Jharkhand: Lightning kills 8 in Garhwa

In Jharkhand's Garhwa district, around eight people have lost their lives and two others were injured due to a lightning strike at Passi village. Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) Pradeep Kumar, confirmed the incident and stated, "All the injured people were sent to the hospital for treatment. A team of officers has been deployed to the spot to take stock the situation". A per media reports, the administration has given Rs 4 lakh to every family of the deceased as compensation. NASA helping ISRO to revive communication with Vikram Lander

National Aeronautics and Space Administration( NASA) is trying to help ISRO to re-establish communication with Vikram Lander. NASA ‘s jet propulsion laboratory had sent a radio frequency to Vikram to contact. As per media reports, NASA was quoted saying they were trying to contact Vikram through its deep space network (DSN) as a part of its contract with ISRO. "Attempts are being made to re-establish communication links with the moon lander Vikram.
