Thane: Taxi driver thrashed and forced to say 'Jai Shri Ram'

In Mumbai's Thane area, a taxi driver was allegedly thrashed by three people and was forced to say 'Jai Shri Ram'. The victim is identified as Faisal Usman Khan and has filed a complaint. According to the victim, he was thrashed by the accused for not giving side to their two-wheeler vehicle. The three accused are identified as Mangesh Munde, Jaydeep Munde, Anil Suryawanshi and a case have been registered against them under IPC sections 295-A, 392,323,504,506, and 34. Uttar Pradesh: Man allegedly rapes his 15-yr-old daughter in Shamli gets arrested

As per the police, in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli, a man was arrested for allegedly raping his 15-yr-old daughter. SP (Shamli), Ajay Kumar, in an interview, stated, "The villagers informed about the episode to an NGO and then the news was forwarded to the police. The police were also informed about the survivor suffering from an illness in the stomach, thus, she couldn't talk. However, it's uncertain whether she is dumb by birth, she has been admitted to a hospital in Muzaffarnagar." The accused has been arrested and a case has been registered. IAF aircraft suffers engine failure mid-air, lands safely with a prompt action in Ambala

As per the Indian Air Force (IAF) officials, the pilot after taking off his Jaguar fighter from the Ambala airbase endured a bird hit, knocking down one of the aircraft engines, however, landed back safely by his prompt action. The officials said, "The pilot cast off his fuel tanks and external stores including some 10 Kg practice bombs to gain height (which is a part of the standard operating procedure when any plane suffers failure of one of the two engines) and managed to land back safely." 2 men beaten up by cow vigilantes for allegedly smuggling beef in Gurugram

In Haryana's Gurugram, on doubt of smuggling cow beef, two men were allegedly beaten up by cow vigilantes at Sohna road. On the complaint of the cow vigilantes, police seized two vehicles loaded with meat. ACP (Crime), Shamsher Singh, stated, "A case has been registered under provisions of Cow Slaughter Act (CS Act) for the case related to meat seizure at Sohna Road.
