100-bedded pediatric ICU to be set-up in SKMCH, Muzaffarpur within a year: Central Govt to SC

In Muzaffarpur, over the AES flare-up in Bihar, the Central Govt filed a reply in the Supreme Court expressing that a decision has been taken to set-up a 100 bedded pediatric ICU at Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) within a year. The Central Govt added that 5 Virology (virus research labs) has been set up in various districts and 10 bedded pediatric ICUs will also be established in various districts in the state. The Central Govt also replied that despite the fact that health is a state subject, to handle the flare-up, the central govt has made all strides giving vital help and assistance to the Bihar state. Jaipur: Accused confesses sexually assaulting 35 children, raping 40 men & transgenders

In Rajasthan's Jaipur city, a 35-year-old man was arrested for raping a 7-year-old girl and later he confessed to sexually assaulting 35 children and raping 40 men and transgenders. According to the police, the accused allegedly raped the girl in Shastri Nagar and during the investigation, the police discovered that the accused had raped a 4-year-old girl in the same area. After remaining untraceable for 5 days, the police arrested the accused from Kota. He has been identified as Jeevanu who is physically more attracted towards men. The government will have a control in PSU's even after disinvestment of its stake

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has said that the government will make sure that its control is not diluted after lowering its stake in public sector undertakings (PSUs) to below 51 percent. She clarified that the government will also continue with the strategic divestment of selected Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). Kabir Singh has become Australia's highest grossing Indian film

Shahid Kapoor-starrer 'Kabir Singh' has created another record by becoming Australia's highest grossing Indian film. Indian film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film has surpassed 'Gully Boy,' 'Uri,' 'Bharat,' and even south Indian hits 'Petta,' and 'Maharshi,'. Kabir Singh' entered Rs. 200 crore club in just 13 days of its run on the domestic box office.
