Nine stretches of roads to be scientifically redesigned to reduce traffic, accidents: Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, in an interview, stated that within a year, nine stretches (45 km long) in Delhi will be redesigned with a scientific approach to increase space efficiency, reduce traffic, and accidents. Kejriwal further said that the contract for the redesigning of the roads will be given by the end of November. He added that the roads will also be designed to prevent water-logging as rain harvesting structure will be constructed so that rainwater can be added to the city's groundwater. After Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator app coming soon on iPad

The San Jose, California-based company Adobe Inc. has chosen Illustrator to put on Apple Inc.'s iPad. The company will review Illustrator for iPad at its Max conference before launching it in 2020. Illustrator is scheduled to be available on the iPads later this year. Illustrator is one of Adobe's most popular apps, which designers rely on for digital drawing and creating graphics, will reflect many of the features from the desktop version when running on the iPad. Differently-abled activist asked to take off pants by Airport officials at Kolkata Airport

A group of differently-abled activists have accused the Airports officials and Go air Airlines for humiliating behaviour while they were travelling from New Delhi to Kolkata. The activist identified as Kuhu Das was told that she could not travel alone and she had to wait until the other arrived. Later, Das who wears callipers on her leg was asked by Central Industrial Security Force(CISF) officials to take off her trousers for an inspection after the metal detector beeped during the security check. According to a media report, the official stated that they asked her just to show her callipers, which is standard checking procedure and there was nobody intended to embarrass her.
