Battle between people of India and BJP, says Chidambaram over CAA

Congress leader P Chidambaram, at a seminar in Tamil Nadu's Chennai city, stated that it is not a battle between Muslims and Central Govt. But it is a battle between the people of Indian and BJP. Chidambaram further said that people should be supposed to speak about the economy. However, they are talking about CAA and NRC. Why? Because protest is going on everywhere. Many have not read about the CAA. That is why the govt lies, he added. Chidambaram included that the govt says that CAA will not affect people in India. Then who will be affected by it?
