BJP Corporator raped by former BJP MLA Narendra Mehta for 20 years in Mumbai

The Police have said that former BJP MLA Narendra Mehta was on Friday charged for allegedly raping and harassing a woman corporator in Bhayandar, which is in the Thane district near Mumbai. As per sources, the district rural police lodged an FIR against Narendra Mehta, who resigned from the BJP three days ago. Also, a video of the corporator speaking about the alleged harassment and abuse she suffered at the hands of Narendra Mehta went viral on social media two days ago. No discovery of around 3000-tonne gold deposits in UP’s Sonbhadra: GSI

Recently the Geological Survey of India (GSI) has said there has been no discovery of gold deposits estimated to be around 3,350 tonnes in Sonbhadra district situated in Uttar Pradesh as it was earlier claimed by state mining officials. The officials have said that mere 160 kg of gold can be potentially extracted from 52,806.25 tonnes of ore found in the district during exploration work carried out 1998-2000. Kerala farmer collapses and dies in his field in a suspected case of sunstroke

Recently a 35-year-old farmer identified as Sudhi Kumar from Kerala had lost his life in a field on Friday morning in a suspected case of sunstroke. Although marks on the deceased's body indicate sunstroke as a possible cause of death, officials are awaiting the autopsy report for a final confirmation as burn marks can also occur on the body after a person has passed away.
