Delhi violence: WhatsApp groups, 'outsiders' under the scanner

Several WhatsApp groups and the role of people from outside Delhi are under scanner regarding the recent violence in Delhi's North-East areas. According to the sources, seized phones revealed that proper mobilization had been carried out. The sources further said that chats include for stones to be brought at Maujpur, Babarpur, Chand Bagh, and Kardampuri. Moreover, hate speeches, rumours-mongering, and plans for attacks were discussed. IAF's C-17 Globemaster returns with 112 evacuees from Coronavirus-hit China's Wuhan

Today at 06:45 IST, C-17 Globemaster aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) landed from China in Delhi with 112 evacuees including 36 foreign nationals. After their thermal screening, all evacuees will be taken to the ITBP quarantine facility in Chhawla. A couple of weeks ago, the Indian govt evacuated hundreds of people from China including their nationals. Transfer of Delhi HC Justice S Muralidhar is sad and shameful: Priyanka Gandhi

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, on her Twitter handle, reacted to the transfer of Delhi High Court (HC) Justice S Muralidhar to the Punjab and Haryana High Court, stated that Justice Muralidhar's midnight transfer is not shocking given the current dispensation but it is certainly sad and shameful. 2 dead at LNJP Hospital, Delhi violence death toll rises to 32

Today, two more people have lost their lives due to violence over CAA in the North-East Delhi taking the death toll to 32. Yesterday, Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan (LNJP) Hospital reported two casualties while 30 deaths were reported from Guru Tegh Bahadur (GTB) Hospital.
