BJP MP Kailash Vijayvargiya's son thrashes Civic employee with cricket bat, gets arrested

The son of senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya, Akash Vijayvargiya (BJP MLA) was seen thrashing an officer of the local Municipal Corporation with a cricket bat in Indore's Ganji area. Nonetheless, he bluntly defended his actions and stated that he will continue to take violent steps to end corruption and Goondaism. According to Akash, without acknowledging him few Congress leaders with the help from Municipal Corporation were demolishing certain buildings which were under his constituency, as the result he reacted on the matter. Railway to Install Free WI-FI in 4,791 More Stations; Current Users Exceed 2 Crore

Over two crore users logged into the railway WiFi at 1,606 stations in May and the facility of free internet would be extended to the remaining 4,791 stations within this year. Stations in tier 1 cities like Kolkata, Delhi, and Mumbai registered a greater number of user logins and data consumption than their tier 2 counterparts. The railways' bid to provide access to free WiFi at stations began from Mumbai Central. Free WiFi services are now being provided under the RailWire brand, the retail broadband initiative of RailTel.

Odisha: Driver, Three Other Employees Killed as Engine Catches Fire in Samaleshwari Express

Four railway employees including the driver of the Howrah-Jagdalpur Samaleshwari express have been killed after the train hit a tower car engaged in repair work, between Singapur Road and Keutguda, and the engine caught fire. Several compartments got derailed in the accident. The passengers remain unaffected but the three employees have been identified as Sagar, Gouri Naidu, and Suresh. The detached train will return to Rayagada railway station, with the help of the rear engine. Two station masters on duty at Keutagada and Singapur have been suspended. Src- https://bit.ly/2X7PJZd

Delhi: Seven people Rescued by DFS in fire at Narela

The Delhi Fire Services succeeded in extinguishing a fire at Narela, New Delhi before it went out of control. "Stop message of fire was received at 6.45 am. The fire was in 4 electric meters and a general store in which seven persons sustained burn injuries. All of them were rushed to Raja Harish Chander Hospital," a release by the Delhi Fire Service said. The injured persons have been identified as Satpal (22), Amarjeet (23), Bhagwan Swaroop (25), Ayush (8), Vijay (4), Mahesh (16) and Raja Ram (15). Src- https://bit.ly/2KBB6Xf
