Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar has flagged off a bus loaded with IT equipment on wheels at an event held at the Public Work Rest House in Gurugram. As per an official statement, the bus, which is operated by Bharat Scouts and Guides, is an IT Mobile Lab that will provide basic computer education in rural areas. Haryana to use persuasion to implement job quota plan, no reservation law for now: Khattar

At a press conference to mark 100 days of the BJP-JJP government in the state, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday said that the Haryana government will first persuade the private sector industrialists to implement a proposal to grant 75% reservation in jobs to local residents, instead of making it mandatory by enacting a law. Khattar also made it clear that the proposed scheme will not apply to skilled workers.
