Bangladesh fast bowlers are practising by dipping ball in water ahead of D-N Test

Recently media reports have confirmed that the Bangladesh pacers are practising the upcoming Day-Night cricket test match by dipping the ball in water. As per the Bangladesh player Mehidy Hasan has revealed that the opponent team is doing so to adapt to the dew conditions as part of their preparation for the Day-Night Test. He further added that "I have practiced with the pink ball, it was moving a bit. The pink ball can swing a little more than the red ball." South China Sea should be free from threat and use of military force: Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressing the 6th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus in Bangkok, Thailand urged for the countries to demilitarize the region of the South China Sea on the basis that the countries in Indo-Pacific should be free from threat and use of force so as to maintain stability in the region. JNU protest: Around 100 students detained; Delhi police refutes lathi-charge allegations

Thousands of JNU students started their protest march to the Parliament yesterday, demanding full fee rollback along with other demands. As the police tried to stop them, some agitated groups attempted to forcibly break the barricades. After this, 100 students were arrested for displaying violent resistance to police orders. The police officials claimed that the Delhi police personnel continued to act with caution, and despite continued resistance by some student groups, methods of mediation were restored, and there was no use of water cannons, tear gas shells or lathi-charge.
