RBI sets withdrawal limit from Yes Bank accounts up to INR 50,000

According to the order of the RBI, capital-starved Yes Bank customers will now be able to withdraw only INR 50,000 from their accounts for a month. In the order, RBI said that the restriction has been imposed as the financial position of Yes Bank has undergone a steady decline due to the inability to raise capital. Changes in temperature will not impact Coronavirus spread: ICMR

After a slight decline in temperature due to rains in Delhi-NCR, the Indian Council of Medical Research director-general Balram Bhargava said the change in weather will not have any impact on the spread of Coronavirus. Denying the claims that the virus spreads in low temperature, Bhargava said that no such finding has been proven till now. Sitharaman to move Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019 in LS

Today, the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will move the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019 for consideration and passing in Lok Sabha (LS). In December last year, the Union Cabinet approved a proposal to pass an ordinance amending the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016. Hardeep Singh Puri to move Aircraft Amendment Bill in Lok Sabha today

Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri today is moving the Aircraft (Amendment) Bill, 2020 to be considered and passed in Lok Sabha. The Bill seeks to make three civil aviation regulatory bodies more effective and extend to include oversight of all areas of air traffic within the framework of the existing Law.
