SHIELD stands for sealing, home quarantine, isolation and tracing, essential supply, local sanitation and door-to-door checks. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said on Twitter on Thursday, "I appeal to all living in the containment areas to cooperate with the Delhi government’s Operation SHIELD. Woman in Kolkata licks cop to escape after he stops her car

A woman in Kolkata heckled police officer by licking his uniform amid Coronavirus scare. The incident took place after the cop stopped her cab during lockdown. In an explanation, the woman said that he was going to medical shop after as she was feeling sick but she failed to show prescription. COVID-19: PM Modi shares health ministry’s guidelines on home quarantine

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday took to Twitter to share the health ministry’s guidelines on home quarantine. According to the guidelines, those quarantined at home should stay in a well-ventilated single-room, preferably with an attached or separate toilet. If another family member needs to stay in the same room, it’s advisable to maintain a distance of at least a meter between the two. Four people visited 19-year-old girl's residence on pretext of celebrating Holi, gang-rape

Uttar Pradesh is more or less a rape capital in the country. Recently another rape incident has been registered, in which a 19-year-old girl in Gorakhpur, UP was gang-raped by four persons. As per the media reports, all four accused- Sintu, Suryabhan, Monu and Kesha entered the girl's residence on the pretext of playing Holi and allegedly gang-raped her after they learned that she was alone at home. After finding the locked door, the mother of the victim took neighbour’s help. Before the locals could reach the spot, the accused managed to escape but one of them, Suryabhan was caught at the spot.
