Indians has spent 5.5 billion hours on TikTok in 2019, says analytics firm App Annie

The video-sharing social networking service, TikTok is creating a wider impact day by day across the country. Recently it was proved by an analytics firm App Annie, when they had claimed that Indians have spent over 5.5 billion hours on the TikTok app in the year 2019. This is an increase of over six times from the 900 million hours Indians had spent on TikTok in 2018. The video-sharing app, TikTok’s India numbers are more than its global growth numbers. No reason to feel defensive, PM Modi asks its govt to back CAA strongly

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday insisted that his government has no reason to feel defensive about the new legislation. After a meeting convened for the Budget Session in Delhi, a BJP ally told media reporters that the Prime Minister called on his government to aggressively take on the opposition’s charge that the amended citizenship law discriminated against Muslims and said that minorities are as much “ours as other citizens are”. Asha Devi says convicts' lawyer bragged hanging won't happen, cries outside court

The Delhi Court has again ordered a stay on the execution of Nirbhaya case convicts today which was deeply distressing news for Nirbhaya’s mother. Asha Devi told reporters that the convicts' lawyer, AP Singh, bragged to her in open court that "the hanging will never happen". Asha Devi broke down and cried outside the court and said ‘I have been sitting in the court since 10 am. If the court wanted to spare these criminals again, then why take so long?
