To create awareness about new traffic rules, students to form human chain at India Gate: Manjinder Singh Sirsa

Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President Manjinder Singh Sirsa, stated that around 5,500 uniformed school students under the banner of DSGMC will form a 2.3 km long human chain at the outer radius circle of the India Gate for creating awareness on the new traffic rules which has been opposed by several quarters of the society due to provision of hefty fines and also to commemorate the 550th birth anniversary celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev. Sirsa further said that by displaying placards highlighting new traffic rules and raising slogans, the students will be requesting the motorists to support new traffic rules in the larger interests of society. Odisha: Truck owner challaned Rs 6,53,100 under old rules

Recently a picture of Challan has been hit to the internet where the truck driver from Sambalpur was charged whopping Rs 6,53,100.
