Malala urges UN to intervene in Kashmir, gets criticised

The youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner and Pak education rights activist Malala Yousafzai has recently shared her concerns regarding India’s newest territories J&K. She took the matter to Twitter and said, “she was deeply concerned about reports that Kashmiri students have not been able to attend schools for more than 40 days, and about girls who are afraid to leave their homes”. She also said, “I am asking leaders, at UNGA and beyond, to work towards peace in Kashmir, listen to Kashmiri voices and help children go safely back to school.” Due to her this comment She was criticized a lot. Mondal in her words, said, “Lata ji ki umar ke hisab se mai choti thi, hu aur aage ja kar bhi rahungi.. Bachpan se unka awaz pasand hai. 5000 pilgrims can visit Gurudwara in Kartarpur everyday; will get free pick & drop

India and Pakistan held a special meeting to discuss the modalities of Kartarpur Corridor which will let Sikh pilgrims from India visit the Gurudwara in Pakistan. So, as per the meeting both the countries have zeroed at letting 5000 pilgrims on daily basis. The devotees would be provided free pick and drop, medical services, and lunch during the yatra, Pakistan's Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) said. The devotees will be given Corridor card and they will have to submit their passport with management and will be given back once they return from the yatra. The corridor along the India-Pakistan border is nearly four kilometers away from Gurdaspur in Punjab, India. Src:https://bit.ly/2lQiYh8

ESIC to set up 100-bed hospital in Srinagar, 30-bed hospital in Leh

The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), during its 178th meeting under the chairmanship of Santosh Kumar Ganwar, Minister of State for Labour and Employment (Independent Charge), has affirmed to set up a 100-bed hospital in Srinagar and a 30-bed hospital in Leh. As per media reports, the endorsement was also granted to provide cashless secondary and tertiary medical care benefits under Ayushman Bharat package rates to entitled ESI Beneficiaries in newly implemented area of 102 assigned districts through Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) impaneled hospitals in the state where PMJAY has been adopted by the state govt.
