Govt launches 'Aarogya Setu' app to tell users if they were near COVID-19 positive person

Indian Government has launched 'Aarogya Setu' app that will let users know if they were near a COVID-19 positive person. The app, using phone's location and Bluetooth, determines if a user is at risk by looking through a database of known cases across India. BJP leader in UP thrashed while addressing people to create awareness about NRC, CAA

A Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) leader named Murtaza Agha Qazmi was thrashed by the locals while he was trying to explain the benefits of the CAA and the proposed NRC in the Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh. The incident happened when the victim went to a shop and tried to explain the Muslims of the locality the benefits and raise awareness among them regarding the provisions of NRC and CAA. Indian Navy plans to indigenously build 6 nuclear attack submarines

The Indian Navy in its bid to increase the underwater defence capabilities has planned to form a fleet of 18 conventional and 6 nuclear attack submarines. The existing strength of the Indian Navy’s underwater fleet is 15 submarines and 1 nuclear-attack submarine is available on lease. These submarines will be indigenously built with the help of various private sector companies. Constructive debate on NRC, CAA is needed, says Vice President Naidu

While speaking at an event, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu stated that whether it is CAA or NRC, people of the country should have an enlightened, meaningful and constructive discussion in constitutional houses. He further said that it should be discussed why it came and what is the impact and is there anything to modify in it.
