South Western Army Commander Lieutenant General Alok Kler, while indicating a departure from the conventional war techniques, stated, "It's time to incorporate assisted decision making in future warfare to be more efficient and more accurate". Kler further said that Artificial Intelligence is the next most disruptive technology in the revolution of Military Affairs as it will make the equipment progressively deadly. As per the Army official, the Army can use Artificial Intelligence in the following 10 years for decision making however a war based on Artificial Intelligence is a distant possibility.
