Cyclone Bulbul: Electricity, water supply expected to be restored by Nov 12 in Odisha

In Odisha, electricity and piped water supply, which was disrupted by the extreme cyclone Bulbul, is expected to be fully restored by 21 November in several districts of the state. As per the Special Relief Commissioner, approximately 653 Piped Water Supply (PWS) systems had been broken down in the districts of Bhardak, Balasore, and Kendrapada due to power interruption, of which 174 PWS had been restored following the restoration of electricity. Manipur: Two held with 10 kg of opium

In Manipur's Kumbi district, two people have been arrested by police for carrying 10 kg of opium. The accused have been identified as Md. Riyas Khan and Jamkholet Khongsai.
