Unemployment growing due to upsurge in new technology: Ramdas Athawale

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale, in an interview, stated, "These days, people are unemployed because of an upsurge in new technology. Earlier 1,000 people used to work in a factory, now only 200 people are operating it". Athawale further explained that one person is running two machines, which was earlier used to be run by around 10 people. He added, "The incumbent govt is working towards it and providing assistance with the help of various schemes". Athawale included that the Ministry of Finance and Niti Aayog are trying to increase the GDP, which has dropped to 5% and also disproved the claims that the GDP dropped down after PM Modi came to power. ‘मोदी है तो तो पनौती है’ implicated Kumaraswamy after Vikram lander’s unsuccessful landing

Recently the former Karnataka CM H D Kumaraswamy stoked a major controversy by suggesting that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's presence at the ISRO headquarters on September 6th could have proved a 'bad omen' as the soft landing of moon lander Vikram failed. He in his words stated that “I don't know (affirmatively), but probably the timing of his stepping in there could have brought a bad omen to ISRO scientists." Taking it further he mentioned that "He (Modi) came here to seek publicity as if he was behind the launch of Chandrayaan-2." Do you stand with former Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy for his views? Akhilesh Yadav slams Centre over hefty traffic fines

Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav slammed the Centre for imposing increased penalties under the Motor Vehicle Act 2019. Yadav on his Twitter handle stated, "The new rule of challans implemented by the BJP ruled state govt's are anti-people and oppressive. The BJP implemented this act only in those places where it can challenge the decisive leadership and can take strict action". Yadav added that it is a beginning among BJP leaders to oppose excessive centralisation. Earlier, the Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari stated that hefty fines were not imposed to generate revenue for the govt but to save the lives of the people. Src: https://bit.ly/2lPMHac
