Tamil Nadu govt will increase half n hour time for students of 10, 11 and 12 to solve papers during board exam

Recently, KA Sengottaiyan, the Tamil Nadu School Education Minister has announced that they will increase the time limit by half an hour for students of class 10, 11 and 12 to complete their board exams. The students will get three hours to write exams and 10 minutes for reading question paper, while students of classes 11 and 12 are allocated 2.5 hours for each paper. IMF predicts Indian Economy to revive by 7% next fiscal year

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has predicted that the Indian Economy can be better and rebound to around 7 per cent in the next financial year, a factor that will support to boost the economy would be measured like corporate income tax cuts and monetary policy stimulus. As per official the reason for the slowdown was not because of one cause but many different causes at work including corporate and regulatory environmental uncertainties, the stresses in the non-bank financial sector, (and) stresses in the rural sector. Rohit Sharma storms into top 10 batsmen in the latest ICC Test rankings

After having a phenomenal tournament, India’s new test opener Rohit Sharma has made his way into the top 10 batsmen of ICC Test Ranking of Batsmen. As per the latest ICC ranking, Sharma stands at 10th position with 722 points and jumped 12 positions up. India’s vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane has also surged 4 positions and reached the 5th Rank in the list.

Women should not flaunt their body, should avoid confronting men and are less ambitious: Ernst & Young Seminar on Women employees

The Ernst & Young, known major accounting firm conducted a seminar addressed to women employees in June 2018 where they had presented 55 pages on how women should behave. The document contained offensive remarks- 'women employees should not flaunt their bodies', 'should have proper manicure', 'women brain are like pancake hard to focus', 'should not confront & talk to men'. Before the seminar started the women were asked to fill a score-sheet which defined their masculine and feminine side.
