Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, in an interview, stated that all the work that was under the Delhi govt was completed within hours. The govt never delayed any work related to the 2012 gang-rape case. It hardly has any role in it. The state govt wants convicts to be hanged as soon as possible. Kejriwal: Delhi Police can't help if Centre gives instruction for not stopping violence

Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, while addressing a press conference, spoke on law and order situation and Delhi Police. Kejriwal stated that if the police are getting instructions from supreme authorities that they don't have to stop violence and not to improve the law and order situation then what they can do in that? He added that if the police will not follow guidelines or instructions then they will lose their jobs and will be suspended. After yesterday’s incident of masked men and women barging into the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and beating the students and teacher have shaken the country.
