A Man in civil dress seen beating Jamia protestors along with police in viral video

Habitual traffic offender fined INR 15,400 for 71 violations in Bengaluru

Bengaluru's traffic police have recently fined a habitual traffic offender, identified as 41-year-old vegetable seller M Manjunath as much as INR 15,400 after he was found to have not paid penalties for 71 challans over the last two years. As per the media reports, the ticketing machine printed a 5.1-foot-long list of past offenses when police entered his vehicle's registration number to fine him for not wearing a helmet. The traffic police said that 55 out of 71 offenses committed by Manjunath was for not wearing a helmet while riding a bike. Src: https://bit.ly/2EmW7zI
