ISRO will fix moon lander problem: Nobel laureate Serge Haroche

Nobel laureate Serge Haroche, while attending the Nobel Prize Series India 2019 event in Mohani, near Punjab's Chandigarh, expressed, "I don't know what happened with this (moon lander Vikram) but they will certainly try to solve the problem". Haroche further explained, "Science is something where you are going in the unknown. You have surprises, sometimes good surprises and sometimes you have bad surprises and failures". He added that the best investment a country can make is investing in young minds. “India needs to make sure that a large fraction of them should come back to India because we need these people here", Haroche included. Andhra Pradesh: Scolding for playing PUBG, a 14-year-old boy commits suicide

In Andhra Pradesh's Vishakhapatnam city, a 14-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison after he received a scolding from his family members for playing PUBG. As per police, the deceased has been identified as B Lohith and died while receiving the treatment in the hospital. The police further said that the deceased felt distressed by the scolding from his family members and then he took such a decision. Odisha: A truck driver fined Rs 86,500 - the highest in the country

After the new motor vehicle amendment act was enforced in the country, many incidents have come into lights where the vehicle owners were charged for huge fines. Recently Ashok Jadav, a truck driver from Odisha’s Sambalpur district was fined a whopping Rs 86,500 for violating several traffic rules. Ashok was fined for an unauthorized person to drive (Rs 5,000), driving without a license (Rs 5,000), overloading with an excess of 18 tonnes (Rs 56,000), carrying over dimension projections (Rs 20,000) and general offense (Rs 500).
