Music can reduce heart overload caused during a drive through heavy traffic: Study

The stress caused by driving through heavy traffic conditions can give rise to many cardiovascular diseases. But giving a light of hope to the drivers, a study published in the journal Complimentary Therapies in Medicine suggests that the cardiac overload due the stress faced by drivers during the drive through heavy traffic can be minimized by listening to music. The researchers who conducted this study, observed the heart rates of the less frequent drivers and found a significant reduction when they were made to listen the music during the drive. Wholesale Price-based Inflation reduces to 0.16% in October from 0.33% in previous month

According to the government's data released today, wholesale prices based inflation eased further to 0.16% in October, which was 0.33% in September due to lower prices of non-food articles and a fall in prices of manufactured items. For manufactured products, the wholesale inflation was at (-)0.84% in October 2019.
