56 women housekeepers asked to leave NIFT when they accused an employee of sexual harassment. Is this justice?

In a case of reverse justice, the women housekeeping staff at NIFT Hyderabad was debarred from the campus. This comes after the women complained about sexual harassment by one of the employees – while the accused, D Srinivas Reddy, continues to work, the women have been thrown out unceremoniously, despite following all due process. With no support from NIFT authorities, the women filed a complaint against Srinivas Reddy at the Madhapur police station in October last year. Despite losing their jobs, Ratna Kumari, the supervisor says that the women have resolved to keep the fight on until Srinivas is thrown out from his job.
