I appeal to self-help groups, civil society, social organisations, schools and colleges, individuals and others to join this mission". Earlier, Modi launched 'Swachhta Hi Seva' Programme 2019, National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP), and National Artificial Insemination Programme. Govt can't control by putting us under house arrest: Chandrababu Naidu

Former Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu has warned the state govt after Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh were put under preventive detention at a time they were about to leave for 'Chalo Atmakur' rally. Naidu stated, "I am warning the govt and the police that they can’t play this sort of politics and can’t arrest us like this and they can’t control us by putting us under house arrest". As per media reports, several TDP leaders were put under house arrest by the police as preventive measures limiting them from participating in "Chalo Atmakur" rally. Jammu and Kashmir: LeT affiliated killed today, created lot of terror in Sopore, says J&K DGP

In Jammu and Kashmir's Sopore district, Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist Asif Maqbool Bhat has been killed by security forces today. As per Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbagh Singh, Asif had created a lot of terror in Sopore and was active since last one month. Asif also used ground workers to print posters threatening civilians not to open shops and not to do their routine activities. DGP further added that he was responsible for recent shootout and injuries to three family members of a fruit trade in Sopore. The injured also included a 2.5-year-old, Asma Jan, he included. Pakistan reactivates 7 launch pads on Line of Control to push in 275 Jihadis

Recently it was confirmed that India's neighbouring country Pakistan has reactivated its terror camps and 7 launch pads along the Line of Control (LoC). The reason behind this is said to infiltrate nearly 275 terrorists into J&K across the LoC. Media reports stated that nearly 80 terrorists are camping near Gurez, 60 in Machhal, 50 in Karnah, 40 in Kieran, 20 in Uri, 15 in Naugam and 10 in Rampur. After New Delhi revoked J&K’s special status last month, Islamabad has been threatening to commit to violence which includes nuclear war over Kashmir issue. Security specialists in Srinagar told that they have credible intelligence that Pakistan is planning to escalate tensions by pushing in more terrorists into Kashmir. “They said Pakistan’s objective is to internationalise the Kashmir issue."
